Mailyn Salabarria

Mailyn Salabarria is an American entrepreneur, global speaker, and communications strategist who was born and raised under communism in Cuba.

Growing up, she witnessed firsthand what happens when government replaces individual rights, free markets, and personal responsibility.

At 27, she voted with her feet and fled to the United States. Today, she stands as a powerful voice for freedom, entrepreneurship, and civic leadership across the Americas. Mailyn works with freedom-oriented foundations, nonprofits, and global organizations to help them communicate effectively across cultures and borders, stakeholder engagement, and public leadership.

Her speeches blend personal testimony, history, economics, and leadership with a call to action for those who refuse to surrender their freedom to collectivist ideology.

She is the founder of CRCRFS, LLC, a consulting firm that provides global public speaking, communications and PR services, and international engagement strategies.

She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Havana and a Master’s degree from Florida International University. She is a graduate of the Leadership Program of the Rockies, a Heritage Academy Fellow, and a Hispanic Leader for the American Federation of Children. Mailyn is also the host of the Cafecito Libre Podcast, a talk show in the 4LibertyNetwork.

Her motto is, “the question is not who’s going to let me, the question is: who is going to stop me?”
