The Free Enterprise Leadership Challenge (FELC) is a five-day overnight summer program open to high school students entering the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades held on college campuses around the country.

FELC will help you unlock the secret to success. You’ll get the opportunity to earn real money, run a business, learn the power of the free enterprise system and the American Dream. You’ll have fun making new friends and living on a college campus.

During FELC, students expand their understanding of ethical leadership, the qualities and business knowledge required to be a business owner/operator or an entrepreneur, and the merits of our nation’s free enterprise system. Additional emphasis is placed on developing a strong moral compass and setting and achieving personal and professional goals. No past business or leadership training is required to participate.
